Neither are bad. It's just a matter of taste. Banning anything is bad. Adopting the rhetoric of your enemy to highlight how absurd it is is wasted on them and undecideds because they won't perceive it.

"Banning anything is bad."

Even if it means the difference between life or death for the entire human race and possibly (if not probably) a whole lot of other species too?

I must concur, maybe we should sentence Disney to release all their content CC0 instead ;-)

That would actually work. Also if you wanted to get rid of porn that's the only thing that would work.

Banning a media only produces more of it. Porn is illegal to produce and consume in Russia.

D = CV*min(1,FR/FV)-CR. The more risk you apply to a non paying consumer of media the more production of that media you get. That's how copyright functions.

If you ban Disney you will get more Disney. If you ban porn you will get more porn. If you ban cp you will get more cp produced and make a lot of people rich selling it.

Porn is less intellectually dishonest about human sexuality. Porn is less damaging to your social skills.

Disney is fucking disgusting. It's like some kind of state propaganda arm.
