Anyway, I am back.

the api doesn't accept/refuse your login, it might fail to send your account data though
logging in is fetching an encrypted blob of account data, and unencrypting it clientside
Is the blob just keys or is it other data too
Reddit is dying, again. Even more.
just the private key I think, all the other data is public
that's Gun/SEA code, not something I wrote

Who's betting that this board will slide into hate and circlejerking before long?
[–]go1dfish 2 hours ago in whatever
Hopefully it won't

If it does. Spaces and alternative topic chats will become the norm before too long then.
I hope it doesn't either. I actually enjoy browsing the front page right now.
you could start tagging things as hate to help others filter them out btw. you can tag things in comments without having to set up a space first
so in a way you can start moderating without even having a specific sub; since it's just labeling
also the first line for a command comment needs to be the command, but after that any valid comment is fine; so you can elaborate or comment when tagging
Wait, how do I tag things?

make a comment like this
4 spaces <tilde>tag tagname
in reply to a post
I think you should consider soft power methods for discouraging hatey hatefaces from posting here
Imagine this ad in the sidebar

any chance we can have commenting, voting and comment expand to work in a text browser? (self.notabug)

question: am i right that this is only a matter of the front end?
great site so far holy
Better support for participating without it may come in the future.

You'd probably want to build a client for this. Reddit's html (which we use) has never worked well on text browsers for me.
